Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities: Prepare freight quotations for air, sea and land shipments based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with operations, pricing, and overseas agents to obtain accurate rates and service details.
Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and sales leads.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records and rate agreements.
Handle customer correspondence related to quotation, documentation, and service enquiries.
Support onboarding of new customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and trade regulation.
Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements: Min. Diploma in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
Min. 3 years in Logistics/Freight Forwarding experiences (sales support / customer service preferred)
Knowledge of air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL) and Incoterms is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good coordination skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
