Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with members.
- Assist members with their queries, requests, and service requirements.
- Provide accurate information about Karma Group products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns promptly.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Customer service or international/domestic voice process experience is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in rotational shifts.
