Overview: We are looking for an energetic person with sharp social skills to give our customers a friendly, personal and positive experience every time! In this role you will be part of the Customer Service Team, handling phone enquiries with professionalism while delivering stellar customer service to all our customers. You will be required to have outstanding attention to detail, be well-organized and efficient. You will be expected to learn and understand LWB's products and to use your skills to solve problems and make a positive impact in your day-to-day work in the Customer Service Department.
