Job Description

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced, highly reliable and self-sufficient individual to support their customer service and e-commerce fulfilment operations during a critical period as they sell down stock across their online stores.
You will take ownership of day-to-day order fulfilment and customer support, working independently while delivering consistently accurate and timely results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via email and Zendesk with professionalism and accuracy
Process Shopify orders across multiple locations
Pick, pack and dispatch orders to strict courier deadlines (non-negotiable)
Manage returns and exchanges, liaising with freight and logistics providers
Maintain accurate stock levels, including transfers and adjustments
Prepare monthly stock and sales reporting
Keep the workspace organised, safe and efficient
