9 am to 6 pm EST (Mon - Fri)

2 week nesting period

8 am to 7 pm EST
After training, 40 hrs a week, 7 days a week with 2 days off
$7 USD starting

$7.50 after 90 days
• Handles Account Information Inquiries (General account inquiries, Creditors Status Update, Account information update, and Change banking information)

• Accommodates Draft and Program Changes Requests (Draft Change - Draft Increase/decrease/skip, Program Changes - Remove/Add/Re-Add Creditors, and Redrafts)

• During Available time agent are being skilled to handle Outbound Dialers to call for NSF/Redraft, Welcome/Courtesy Calls, use manual list for pending Settlement Authorizations.

• Handles concern for creditors who had gone legal, by submitting intake form.

• Handles questions related to settlements and general questions about negotiations.
