Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information and samples by telephone.
• Check addresses, pricing, discounts, product and haulage availability.
• Enter quotations, sales orders, sample requests and schedules.
• Investigate credit requests and additional invoices.
• Prepare credit notes.
• Liaise with the transport order book and schedule clearance; check acknowledgements.
• Execute soft-sales activities, working with external teams and customers to promote stocks and increase sales.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Good interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written.
• Evidence of working as part of an effective team.
