Customer & Field Engineer Coordination- Serve as a central point of contact between healthcare professionals (e.g., radiographers, clinicians) and our clients' Field Service Engineers.
- Manage service requests, schedule maintenance and repairs, and coordinate parts logistics.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely, customer-focused resolutions.
