This is a hands-on customer service role where you’ll support customers over the phone, through their insurance journey to resolve their issues, and make sure every interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported.

• Employment type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

• Location: In-office role in Kawana with on-site parking
