Customer Service

Job description:

• Provide excellent customer service support and experience to our e-commerce customers across our E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc
• Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services or regarding a product
• May need to make phone calls to our customers for further follow-up on their orders and enquiries
• Manage the entire order processing cycle with other departments
• Helping customers in their online buying journey
• Helping customers to resolve any post-sales issues

REQUIREMENTS :

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year experience in E-commerce Customer Service
• Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset.
• Independent and resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
