Job description:
- Provide excellent customer service support and experience to our e-commerce customers across our E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc
- Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services or regarding a product
- May need to make phone calls to our customers for further follow-up on their orders and enquiries
- Manage the entire order processing cycle with other departments
- Helping customers in their online buying journey
- Helping customers to resolve any post-sales issues
REQUIREMENTS :
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 1 year experience in E-commerce Customer Service
- Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset.
- Independent and resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
