Key Responsibilities
· Manage documentation (quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders)
· Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery/export
· Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
· Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
· Monitor stock movement
· Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
· 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales
· Proficient in Accpac and MS Office
· Self-driven, independent, and able to multitask
· Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts
· Professional Certificate/Diploma or related field
· Customer service/sales admin experience will be an advantage
Working hours:
Mon to Fri, 9am to 6:15pm
