Overview

This role is for Technical Support and Customer Service Representatives located in Madrid, working for a high‑end automotive company. The position requires fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide top‑notch customer support in Portuguese, English, and Spanish via phone and email to clients of a renowned luxury car brand.

What We Offer

• On‑the‑job training included in the contract; start date June 29th.
• Competitive salary aligned with the teleoperator category plus a language bonus (€22,500 gross per year).
• Full‑time contract (39 hours) with a schedule 9 am‑7 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days on site in Madrid clients’ offices and 2 days working from home.
