Customer Service Associate

EXPECTED START DAY IS 1/5/26

***Drug screen & background check will be required

Training will be in person. Hybrid schedule after that. 2 days in office every other week (subject to change)

Shift will be: *Training will be onsite 7-10weeks - 8am-4:30pm M-F
****No days off will be given during training period

After training work shift will be 8 hour days between the hours of 7am-7:15pm M-F. Must be flexible.
Will have to work holidays.

Overtime is required and will be mandated if no one volunteers.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
•High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Customer service experience in banking, telephone, collections or other related area strongly preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent math and computer skills required
• Positive attitude
