Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling daily jobs for both import and export shipment. (i.e: Bill of Lading, Arrival Notice, Invoices & Manifest)
  • Handling any document inquiries from internal/ external customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service in export and import operations, proactive in arranging and coordinating with customers on all shipping relevant matters.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and coordinate internally for import/export shipments
  • Inventory tracking and control
  • To be the point of contact in daily management and ensuring smooth execution of overall booking space with feeders/vessel operator.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
