Customer Service Assistant

Overview

Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile. You’ll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need and have room for growth.

Responsibilities

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, offering a high level of service and ensuring a friendly, helpful experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Qualifications

We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.

Benefits

• Pay: £12.71 per hour if 21 years and over; £12.00 per hour if 18‑20 years; £8.82 per hour if under 18 years.
• Up to £300 per month gain sharing bonus.
• Up to 10% employer pension contribution.
• Up to 35 days annual leave, including 8 bank holidays.
