Responsibilities
- Manage frontline customer service operations, including check-in, document verification (passports, visas), gate identity checks, and assisting passengers with special needs.
- Handle customer support and issues, including irregular flight operations, automated check-in systems, and processing travel documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security standards, report any breaches, and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.
- Lead and manage boarding gate operations in coordination with aircraft turnaround activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely departures while implementing airline‑specific procedures and announcements.
- Oversee passenger handling and compliance, including boarding sequence, hand baggage control, boarding pass reconciliation with manifests, and providing final boarding clearance while ensuring service standards are met.
