As the primary point of contact for our customers in the DACH-region, we're looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order‐to‐invoice coordination to reliable day‐to‐day support.

You'll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes.
