Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers in the U.S.
• Perform mandatory cross‑selling of telecommunications products and services.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and contribute to meeting the campaign's commercial goals.

Requirements

• Years of experience: Less than 1 year / No experience.
• Education level: High School / Secondary Education.
• Language: English (Advanced Level - B2/C1).
• Salary expectation: $2,500,000 to $3,000,000.
• Job type: Full‑time.
• Contract type: Indefinite term contract.
• Location: Bogotá, D.C.
