Responsibility
- Supporting the Sales Administration and After Sales team
- Keeping the ERP database up to date
- Responding to and fulfilling requests by customers
- Providing watchmakers with necessary components
- Invoicing of sales and service requests
- Organizing logistics and export
- Building relationships with partners
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Practical experience with CRM and ERP software
