Support Customer Service Operations on non‑critical deliverables relating to order management, line down registration, request for quotes, customer portal updates, and order tagging in system during Goldmine R2 transition.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 or 5 year college degree with focus on business management and/or related engineering field.
  • Knowledge of basic semiconductor process and terminologies is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • High written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM tool is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work on shift schedules.
