Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid model)
Working hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week

Salary: €20,000 gross per year

Initial training: Fully paid, on-site in Madrid
Your role
- Handle and manage inquiries from high-profile customers
- Identify customer needs and provide effective, tailored solutions
- Follow up on cases using CRM and ticketing tools
- Represent a premium automotive brand while ensuring the highest quality standards
