Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid model)

Working hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week

Contract: Replacement contract

Salary: €20,000 gross per year

Initial training: Fully paid, on-site in Madrid

Your role

• Handle and manage inquiries from high-profile customers
• Identify customer needs and provide effective, tailored solutions
• Follow up on cases using CRM and ticketing tools
• Represent a premium automotive brand while ensuring the highest quality standards
