Full Job Description

Remuneration: R13,300
Monthly Bonus: R3,400

Key Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (please verify before applying).
• You must own and genuinely enjoy caring for a cat.
• Availability to work two Sundays per month.
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
• At least one year of contact centre experience, or outstanding communication skills if you lack formal experience.
• Reliable high-speed broadband with strong upload and download capability.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English with UK-based customers.
• A strong passion for both customer service and cats. This role suits someone who truly enjoys working with feline-focused brands.
