At Gallagher Bassett, we’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Travel and Accident & Health division. This full time (on sight) role is all about supporting our customers with their insurance claims inquiries and ensuring they receive the best possible service. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries via phone and email. You’ll ensure their questions are answered promptly and professionally, helping them navigate the claims process with ease. You’ll also manage claim form requests, update external databases with claims information, and assist our claims department with tasks like claims handling and payment processing.
