Location: Sunderland (NE BIC)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE + Bonus

The Role

You'll be speaking with candidates who have applied for jobs, discussing their experience, career goals and availability, while helping them access suitable employment and training opportunities.

Duties Include:

* Calling candidates who have applied for vacancies

* Discussing suitable job opportunities

* Booking candidates onto interviews and training programmes

* Providing updates throughout the recruitment process
