The Role
We’re looking for a switched-on, motivated and adaptable Customer Service Advisor to join our small and friendly team. You’ll be the voice of Mogo Direct —helping customers, managing orders and ensuring every experience is smooth and positive.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent support by phone and email
- Help customers with product and order queries
- Liaise with suppliers for updates and product details
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues
- Process online and phone orders accurately
- Authorise returns and handle customer escalations
- Take on ad hoc tasks to support the team
