We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in Burton on Trent.

Days 💷 Pay
£13.20 per hour📌 Main Responsibilities
This role focuses on providing essential administrative and customer support within a fast-paced environment.

Handling customer support emails and direct communication with customers 
Filing and managing documents
Reporting and tracking delivery
Booking orders 
General admin duties🧠 Skills Required
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
Customer service experience
Confident email communication
Good organisational and multitasking ability
