Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support end-to-end order management operations, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory availability, timely reporting, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The role works closely with Category Teams, Planners, Distribution Centers, and Customer Operations to execute standard and urgent orders, manage replenishment activities, monitor order flow, and proactively resolve issues impacting fulfillment and delivery timelines.
This position plays a key role in maintaining service level performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through accurate data management and proactive follow-ups.
