Customer Sales Representative with Italian and German

As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a global leader in the distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to clients around the world. Our business is built on trusted, long-lasting relationships with industry leaders — both suppliers and customers.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (Italian and German Speaker) to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales team by enhancing customer relationships through proactive management of the entire customer order lifecycle — from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery. You will also manage customer-reserved inventory to meet shared goals for both Arrow and our customers.

This position follows a hybrid work model from our office based in Porto.
