- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor for your portfolio of clients
- Manage RFQs, purchase orders, and order processing activities
- Handle post-order activities such as changes, expedites, and issue resolution
- Proactively identify and resolve order or delivery challenges
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Ensure accurate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines
- Provide clear and professional communication via phone, email, and chat
- 2-5 years of experience in a B2B customer service or similar role
- Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
