The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of service delivery to customers meets or exceeds agreed service levels and that any improvements or changes required are implemented efficiently. This role is about building strong relationships with existing customers or lapsed customers to ensure that business opportunities are maximised
Candidates should have
Previous success in a Business to Business Customer Service role
Experience in outbound calling including formulating call plans and gathering information
