Customer Relationship Management Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in CRM system management and data maintenance.
• Support the execution of email, push, and WhatsApp campaigns, as well as customer satisfaction surveys and onboarding programs.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Document CRM processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives.
• Support customer engagement initiatives across multiple touchpoints.
• Help analyze customer trends and behaviors to inform strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in CRM systems and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
