Customer Relations Officer (Operations)

City Energy supplies piped town gas nationwide and offers IoT-enabled lower‑carbon home and kitchen solutions.

• Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
• Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for City Energy Life, call centre, online orders, dealer channel sales and any other sales channel
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Arrange and update appointments for walk‑in commercial customers, dealer sales channels and liaise with the internal stakeholders team
• Maintain adequate support and timely coordination with inter‑departmental colleagues
• Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
