I. Mô tả công việc - Job Description:

• Cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng chuyên nghiệp cho khách tham quan, khách VIP và thành viên C-Club tại Crescent Mall.
  Provide professional customer service to mall visitors, VIP guests, and C-Club members.
• Là điểm tiếp xúc đầu tiên, tư vấn – giải đáp thắc mắc – hỗ trợ thông tin và xử lý yêu cầu của khách hàng.
  Act as the first point of contact, consulting, answering inquiries, and handling customer requests.
• Hỗ trợ đăng ký thẻ thành viên C-Club, nhập liệu chính xác và phục vụ thức uống/bánh ngọt theo tiêu chuẩn.
  Support C-Club membership registration, accurate data entry, and serving beverages/snacks per standards.
• Giải quyết thắc mắc/khiếu nại của khách hàng, đảm bảo thái độ bình tĩnh – chuyên nghiệp; chuyển cấp trên khi cần.
  Handle customer complaints and issues calmly and professionally; escalate to supervisor when needed.
