What Will You Do
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to improve customer loyalty, repeat business, and overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer behavior, retention trends, complaints, and churn patterns to provide actionable business insights
- Lead customer retention initiatives, including loyalty programs, engagement campaigns, and service recovery actions
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with a customer-centric approach
- Establish and monitor customer service standards, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations related to customer handling and consumer protection
