We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build a trusting and positive relationship with key stakeholders, ambassadors in the community, prospective residents, and their families. You will be the first point of contact for our enquirers, and will effectively and empathetically support them in the journey of finding a care home for themselves or their loved ones, being on hand to answer their questions throughout and eventually welcoming them into our home when they move in.
