About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive (Sales Support) to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating and completing course bookings, supporting customer logistics arrangements (transportation & lodging), and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
