Job Summary: The Customer Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes related to customer orders, ensuring that all products meet the specifications and expectations of our semiconductor and aerospace clients. This role will involve close collaboration with production, engineering, and customer service teams to address quality concerns, manage customer change control requirements, implement corrective actions, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a broad base of experience and a high level of technical depth in working with metals and manufacturing Quality standards AS 9100D and/or ISO 9001:2015.
