Customer Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collaborating, overseeing and monitoring all related customer requirements to cross functional team.
• Direct responsible individual (DRI) or liaison to assigned Customer.
• Ensures that customer quality assurance services and final products meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any engineering course
• At least with 2yrs CQE or related working experience in Electronics/Semicon
• Accustomed with Customer Specific Requirements.
• Can lead customer audits, internal audits and related quality management audits.
• Can effectively handle customer complaints with good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Capable in conducting, leading and generating: 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Integrating Customer Specs to Internal Specs.
• Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools.
