Customer Quality Engineer

We are working as the internal recruitment partner for our client, a global organisation delivering excellence in supply chain and quality solutions to the aerospace industry.

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Customer Quality Engineer to join the Quality team. This role has been created as part of continued business expansion and will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and improving the customer quality experience across the organisation.

Reporting into the Group Head of Quality, you will act as the primary quality interface for key customers, focusing on understanding customer feedback, investigating quality concerns, and driving timely resolution of product and documentation-related issues.
