Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and quality issues from start to closure
- Prepare and submit 8D / problem-solving reports to customers
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, process, and supplier quality teams
- Support failure analysis for returned units and warranty units
- Track and reduce recurring customer issues and quality escapes
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer specific requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related)
- 1–5 years' experience in Quality Engineering or Customer Quality related
- Experience handling customer complaints and 8D reports
- Basic understanding of electronics / PCBA manufacturing
- Familiar with automotive quality systems (IATF 16949 preferred)
