Customer Quality Assurance Engineer

In charge of checking all parts for containment in all locations and ensure communication with Customer for the containment's activities and the identification of product.
- Ensures proper follow up on shopfloor of containment activities in order to protect Customer.
(Not responsible of the task in shopfloor).
- Ensures all phases from 8D's or problem solving (ensures that Quality tool from Customer is respected).
- Provide feedback to the Customer related to the activities from 8D's.
- Track the 8D's in master list and ensure that timings are accomplish.
- Provide answer to Customers through portals or via mail.
- Audit the Corrective actions propose by multidisciplinary team in the floor.
- Ensure the accomplishment of the processes and Quality policies.
- Support all activities to obtain and maintain the Quality certification ISO****:****, ISO*****:**** and ISO *****:****.
- Participation in third-party certification audits, customer audits...
