Roles and Responsibilities

Customer order and relationship management:

• Customer order management and strengthen partnership with customers
• Lead order planning and fulfillment via effectively communicate with related departments.
• Responsible for order fulfillment in whole product life cycle from new project launch (D-sample stage) to project EOP
• Corporate with oversea plants on CKD FG procurement and delivery

Demand planning and analysis:

• Monthly demand review with sales team and management team
• Customer behavior analysis, including customer order Lead time, demand fluctuation, forecast bias,...
