Customer Order Intern (all genders)

In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orderscomming on Functional account mailbox, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the standardization of sales support team workflows. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in order management and supply chain operations.
**Your role:**
+ Managing Functional account mailbox where all UKI orders fall in;
+ Assist the Sales Back Office (SBO) team in managing and cleansing activities before order entry into the SAP system.
+ Work within the Salesforce environment to organize and clean orders, ensuring they are ready for SAP processing. Enhance your understanding of the Quote-to-Invoice process for the region.
+ Collaborate closely with the allocation team to secure delivery dates and ensure smooth order processing.
