Job Description
Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer experience initiatives and execution, including events, loyalty programs, and community engagement activities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Customers (KOCs), from monitoring and negotiation to execution.
- Monitor social media channels to identify potential risks, trends, and opportunities for customer engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful customer events and campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on customer insights, market sentiment, and community performance.
