About This Opportunity
We are looking for a
Customer Operations Manager
to lead one of the most complex and strategic customer operations within Ericsson, supporting a large-scale telecom operator in Mexico. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end operational and financial performance of a high-impact portfolio, including network rollout, modernization, operations, and related programs.
You will act as the primary operational interface with the customer, ensuring delivery commitments are met, while maintaining strong execution control and protecting business performance.
This is a high-visibility leadership role, requiring strong execution capability, customer management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
