The Role This is a Customer Operations Manager position reporting directly to the founder and CEO. You’ll own customer strategy, onboarding, and ongoing support for our growing book of clients. The role is critical because our customers are the lifeblood of the business, and how we treat them is how we win. You’ll be the first dedicated hire on the customer side, which means you get to help build this function from the ground up.
