We are seeking an experienced Customer Operations Manager to join a high-performing FMCG organisation, playing a critical role in leading the end-to-end customer order and fulfilment function.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will act as the operational backbone across key retail accounts, ensuring seamless delivery from order placement through to final fulfilment while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

The Role:
Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the Customer Operations team and work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure outstanding customer outcomes across major retail partners.
