 Kuehne+Nagel is one of the world’s leading logistics providers. Within our Integrated Logistics organization, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Technical Architect to drive the successful implementation of transport management solutions for new and existing customers. 

In this role, you act as the technical authority on OTM configuration, bridging the gap between solution design and system execution. You ensure that configurations are delivered consistently, according to global standards, and aligned with customer requirements. 

You will work closely with Solution Leads, Engineers, and Configuration Specialists, coordinating both internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality system implementations.
