Requirements

• We require experience in a customer-facing software role such as SaaS, IT systems, or business software.
• We require a background in onboarding, implementation, customer success, application support, or software training.
• We require experience delivering training sessions to customers or end users.
• We require strong communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users.
• We require the ability to coordinate multiple onboarding activities and timelines.
• We require confidence managing customer feedback and resolving issues professionally.
• We highly value experience within bereavement services, funeral services, crematorium or cemetery administration software.
• We highly value exposure to customer success or implementation environments.
• We highly value experience supporting data migration or system rollout projects....
