Customer Onboarding Associate

Join the Close Brothers Asset Finance (CBAF) Team where you will develop strong knowledge of CBAF products, processes and systems to enable an efficient and accurate customer onboarding process, ensuring you deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound requests from internal teams such as Sales, Account Managers and Broker Support, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct customer due diligence, including risk assessment, verification of beneficial ownership, and validation of identity and address documents.
• Prepare and issue finance and security documentation in line with credit approvals, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Complete pre-payout checks, ensuring agreement and asset details are accurately captured in the lending system before funds are released.
