In this role, you will:
Lead offer configuration and design for mass and targeted marketing campaigns on a vendor managed offer management platform (Zafin). This includes offer constructions, set up fulfilment payout criteria, monitoring on offer performance, management of customer inquiries and investigations around offer payouts. Provide consultation and expertise to business/product teams on existing offer capabilities and on new offer constructs; translate campaign objectives into platform-ready requirements and configuration.Manage the offer intake process from concept through requirements, configuration, testing, approvals, and implementation; maintain intake SLAs, prioritization, and status tracking.Partner with stakeholders across Campaign Execution, Marketing, Business Product Lines, Technology, QA, channel partners in cross functional agile teams to configure, test, and deploy offers in market....
